Children At Risk International (CARI), works with at risk children across the multiple countries all over the globe. With programs and services that help under-served children with basic needs, we work to find systematic solutions to the unique problems facing children in some of the largest populations in the world. CARI is a program of Survivors and Victims Empowered (SAVE).
